The Old Village Store is a traditional, New England general store, serving the West Barnstable community. The store has operated continuously as a general store since its founding in 1880. Today, the Old Village Store offers a cafe with food and drinks, a grocery section, and a retail shop, featuring everything from books to shellfishing equipment.
Offering breakfast sandwiches (from 7am until sold out), lunch (11am - 3pm), evening snacks, Guinness on tap, beer and wine by the glass, groceries, duct tape and other necessities, penny candy, new and used books, clamming rakes, goods from local artists, community, and new items every day.
